Our condo is in a quaint 48-unit complex and is near drug stores, restaurants,
and shopping centers in New Smyrna Beach.

We have happy guests that come back year after year.
Our ocean front (heated in winter) pool is sparkling and deep. (Has a kiddie pool for little guests.) shuffle board and a shaded area for those who want it.

I have furnished the unit so that it is comfortable restful, yet resort like atmosphere. King Pema Pedic mattress, whirlpool bath tub, hair dryer, ice maker, glass top stove, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, lounge chairs and a 27" T.V.

All that our guest's need to bring is their clothes, toiletries and food.

I almost forgot, the view is remarkable. Only a corner unit with no building alongside and 2 sets of glass doors can achieve, enabling you to see the beach and the surf for a long way from the kitchen and living room (bedroom too).

From the South: Take1-95 North to N.S.B. Exit
